The Execution Layer can message now: Discuss, chatter, WhatsApp
Version 1.1 adds governed messaging: an AI client can post to Discuss, comment on records, and send WhatsApp templates through Odoo’s own integration. Nothing sends silently: confirm-each-message is the default, previews are bound to the exact words, approvals can be required per user, and every send lands in a message log with the human gate it passed.

The Context Layer open standard is public
The OCL open format is on GitHub under Apache-2.0: the specification, JSON Schemas, a validator, a conformance suite, reference Python and TypeScript clients, and an example server you can clone and run today.

Four more snapshot KPIs
The customer snapshot can now also show overdue balance, margin profile, year-to-date revenue, and premium share. Each has its own toggle and ships off by default; overdue and margin appear only when the underlying data exists.

Plans and pricing published
Nanti Sales Coach pricing is public: a free plan, per-seat Team and Business plans billed monthly, and custom Enterprise terms. Seats start at one, enrichments pool across the team, and 500-enrichment packs can raise one month or every month.

A chat tab inside the coach panel answers questions about the customer being quoted, grounded only in that customer’s real numbers, with one-click actions when the coach spots a move.

An optional Monday-morning email for managers: the revenue the coach helped confirm against the recent average, at-risk accounts, running plays, and wins. Preview on demand, opt out any time.

Three new coaching plays
The coach now also watches for overdue balances, discounts below your margin floor, and orders just short of a price break or free-delivery threshold, each with a one-click next step. A suggested discount can never exceed the authority the owner set.

The coaching service now runs on Google Cloud in the EU. Sales history still never leaves your Odoo: only compact, customer-scoped aggregates are sent for AI wording.
