Trying before you pay

The Free plan is the trial: one user, no card, no time limit, and you are never charged on it. Paid plans have no separate trial period; the first payment is taken at checkout, when you subscribe.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly, upfront, in USD, at the price published on the pricing section. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Prices are all-inclusive: taxes and fees are included, and nothing is added on top. Each month's enrichment quota is yours for that whole paid month.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time, by writing to hello@nanti.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month: you keep access and your quota through the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded. When you cancel, the month you have paid for stays active until it ends, and billing simply stops after it. We do not pro-rate or refund part-months. If you were charged in genuine error, write to us and we will make it right.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the subscription until payment is updated. Your data and settings are kept during a short grace period so you can resume without losing them.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans are billed under the terms in their individual agreement, which take precedence over this policy where they differ.
