USD 499 buys the whole module, once, for the Odoo major you run. Six modules ship
physically merged into one installable, nanti_mcp_enterprise: the governed MCP server,
verified writes with Action Receipts, governance, approvals,
governed messaging, the immutable audit, and the
semantic registry. All 20 tools, all
42 error codes, no seats, no metering, no per-request
charges.
- Updates within your Odoo major and standard support are included.
- When a new Odoo major arrives, existing customers buy the new major’s license at half the then-current price. Odoo 20 is planned as the first maintenance delivery.

The one add-on: the Context Layer
The Context Layer for Odoo is verified business meaning, served to your AI before it acts, as a cloud subscription: USD 490 a year up to 20 internal users, 990 up to 100, 1,990 up to 300, per production database, billed annually. Internal users are the people who log in to Odoo; portal and website users never count.
- A 7-day full trial starts itself on first activation, no card: paste nothing, press “Start 7-day trial” on the activation screen.
- Activation is one pasted key; only schema and business terms ever leave your server, never records.
- Lapse-safe: if the subscription ends, the connection honestly shows degraded or not connected, cached meaning keeps serving, and the Execution Layer keeps working unchanged. The subscription is this add-on only: the Execution Layer itself is never a subscription, and the one-time module purchase is yours regardless.
What is deliberately not for sale here
- No subscription for the module itself, and no separate free tier. The old Connect and Complete tier model, with its annual prices, is gone; if you find it referenced somewhere, that text is outdated. The Execution Layer is one product, bought once.
- No developer-tools upsell. The optional
nanti_mcp_devtoolsaddon is a separate, admin-only tool, never bundled and never a headline feature. - No SLA numbers or refund promises here. Support is included and goes through hello@nanti.ai; anything contractual beyond this page is agreed directly.
